Kenneth D. Wacks is the founding member and now Of Counsel at the firm of Wacks & McHale PC in Lynnfield, MA. He has practiced in the areas of personal injury, accidents, real estate, real estate-based litigation, and title insurance disputes for over three decades. He also handles probate matters, estate planning, probate-based litigation, and land use and zoning. Ken is a member in good standing of the Massachusetts, New Hampshire (member, Real Property Law Section) and New Jersey Bar Associations and has successfully represented buyers, sellers and lenders in residential and commercial loans and closings for over thirty years.
